Llamas - Clover and Salt
Clover, the brown llama, was most curious . . . probably because he/she thought I had food with me. Salt, the white one, on the other hand, just totally ignored me.Domesticated from wild Guanacos more than 4000 years ago, the Llama (Lama glama) is still used today as a beast of burden in the Andes mountains of South America. They are also farmed for meat and milk, and for their long, coarse wool which is used in weaving textiles.
